Krysten Ritter & Kate Bosworth: 'L!fe Happens' Trailer!

Check out the poster and trailer for the comedy L!fe Happens featuring Krysten Ritter, Kate Bosworth, and Rachel Bilson!

The film (previously titled BFF & Baby) centers around three young women – Kim (Ritter), Deena (Bosworth), and Laura (Bilson) – “who all live under the same roof in Los Angeles. When one of Kim’s one-night-stands results in an unexpected pregnancy, things take a sudden turn for the trio. With the help of her girlfriends, Kim must cope with single motherhood as she jumps back into the dating scene amid the fear that toting around a tot can be a dating buzz-kill.”

L!fe Happens “takes a look at single living, friendship, and the joys of life’s curveballs.”

The movie, out April 13, also co-stars Geoff Stults, Justin Kirk, Fallon Goodson, Rhys Coiro, Jason Biggs, and Kristen Johnston.

    Has Jason learned to act?

  3. 3
    well..... Says:

@ray: Why wouldn’t the bashing begin with two actresses that are THAT bad at acting!!! LOL
The two make it so easy by themselves and together I smell razzies next year in their futures.

The only saving grace of the film might be Krysten Ritter and the rest of the supporting cast.

    well..... Says:

@offtheproperty: Other than the American Pie movies probably not. He always seems to be playing the same guy.

@well…..: The movie’s out in a month and this is the first poster and trailer? That’s not a good sign.

This looks really predicable and dire. Kate Bosworth really can’t act can she? I’m still confused as to why she’s famous really, because someone helps her dress well, or something. Yawn.

    Shannon Says:

Sorry, but ths trailer looks really contrived. The acting, I mean. None of the lines are said realistically or smoothly, it’s not organic. I don’t know, seemed kinda forced. I would watch this if it came on tv or something. Maybe.

is this a joke? you’re joking, right? i’d love to see the box office reading for this. i guess $22 total.

    ladybug Says:

@BLAH: Oh my. But, this was filmed in fall 2010, shown in the June 2011 LA Film fest and then nothing until now. And the reviews out of LA weren’t that good. I suppose they should be happy it didn’t go straight to dvd. And Kat C and KB worked on the Italy project together, so who knows when that’ll be released.

    Lilla Says:

I think I’ll pass on seeing this.

    chelle Says:

@Shannon: it reminds me of those cheesy lifetime movies… the one’s with Tori Spelling. I wouldn’t waste my time watching it on TV

    Shannon Says:

@chelle: i can see it playing on abc family. i would obviously have to be drunk & monumentally bored to sit through it though. i even sorta like bilson & ritter but no that much.

    Dee Says:

Damn and I love Kristen Johnston she’s freaking hi-larious! But not even her would make me watch this. Who the hell wrote the script? Cause it is just awful!

    ladybug Says:

@Italy Project: It’ll be interesting to see what the reviews are for that one.
I still am waiting to see what festivals Big Sur ends up in, MP tweeted that he was hoping for Cannes.

    Gossipgirl Says:

Sounds like a convoluted mess of a plot. I’ll pass.

  21. 21
    ladybug Says:

@Dee: Krysten Ritter and Kat Coiro co-wrote it.
@GossipGirl, it’s really just a female version of Three Men and a Baby.
