Benjamin Walker: 'Abraham Lincoln' WonderCon Panel

Benjamin Walker discusses his upcoming film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter at WonderCon on Saturday (March 17) in Anaheim, Calif.

The 29-year-old actor was joined on the panel by the movie’s director, Timur Bekmambetov.

Ben talked about the surprising accuracy of the movie during the interview, saying it’s a “period Lincoln movie that just happens to have vampires in it.” He also said that playing Lincoln was “badass; it’s an honor as an American. I want to know that my leaders are strong and can make tough decisions…and cut some heads off.”

During the press conference, the second official trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter was released! Check it out below.

They take a great historical figure, Abraham Lincoln, and they have him battling………vampires??!! Pure insanity. And the trailer, which I’ve seen before, is also insane. Makes no sense. Count me out!!

Lol…..that all I’m doing.

Sorry, this sounds plain stupid.

The action looks good…but Lincoln? come one..how cheesy is that?

this actually much better than “dark shadows” -the other Tim burton’s vampire movie- I don’t know how people think, okay this is fiction. If the make movies look just like reality it would be Boring as hell -______-
