Russell Brand & Lawyer Plan To Fight Criminal Charges

Russell Brand tries to keep a low profile in a gray beanie and dark sunglasses as he steps out on Sunday morning (March 18) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 36-year-old comedian was recently arrested for throwing an iPhone through a window. After the incident, he turned himself in to the police and offered to pay for the property damage.

Russell‘s lawyer, Robert Glass, recently announced that the two will not be taking the charges lying down! “We’re going to fight it,” Robert said to E!.

That same day, Russell tweeted to recognize and celebrate Mother’s Day in England: “Happy Mother’s day all you English mothers. I hope all Mother-effers feel a bit embarrassed.”
