Kelly Osbourne looks lovely on the orange carpet at the 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (March 31) in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old fashion correspondent hosted a red carpet show on E! alongside Ross Matthews before the show started.

oh Kelly- the wierd hair colors are not good for you. Try something more natural- you don’t have to stand out by hair color- use your creative streak to create something- I sense clothes designer for you- try some natural hair colors, I think-
