Lily Collins Sings In 'Mirror, Mirror' Credits
Check out actress Lily Collins singing “I Believe (In Love)” for her new flick Mirror, Mirror!
The Bollywood-style track is featured in the film’s closing credits.
The 21-year-old actress surprised her dad, music star Phil Collins, when she revealed that she had recorded a song for her movie.
“I didn’t tell my dad I was singing in the movie because I wanted to shock him by playing him the song,” Lily said. “He loved it. He made me replay it a couple times because he didn’t believe it was me!”

Wow, that sucks. And now she thinks she can sing. She’s pathetic. Must be paying JJ a lot for all these posts on a pathetic nobody with mo talent who decided she wants to act.
Lily is sooooooo AWESOME
@GO AWAY: YOU SHOULD GO AWAY. SOOOO JEALOUS
hasn’t this same topic already been posted a couple of times on both jj and jjj? why? once is more than enough.
Of course she can sing!!! it’s in her genes. Her father is the timeless and famous singer and songwriter Phil Collins. This movie is a great twist of the classic snowhite. It’s great they have a bollywood style artistry and music, so refeshing, unique and fun. My kids are looking forward to see this movie. I think the only reason why there’d be haters for this young girl is because it’s humored she’s dating Zac Efron. Lily is a promising young talent just like any other young new actress who doesn’t rely on their parent’s fame to make their own mark.. I am sure Lily worked hard to get htis job. Good luck Lily.
With all her promotion, and putting herself “out there” the movie barely made $18 mil over the Spring Break weekend. Most of the demographics for this type of movie were out of school Friday. Interesting.
this is kinda stupid i’m sorry ‘~’
and what wrong with the Indian music
i feel like i’m listen 2 Indian or Arabic song
but yea what ever the kids loves this song
The movie bombed. She can’t sing and I wonder how much her PR team pays Jared to try and make this girl happen. She’s pretty but pretty is a dime a dozen in HW.
Nice, but so much “Bollywood”…
Wow!
Wow!
No way in hell !
i’m a fan of lily collins, but this isn’t the best song in the world. i would definitely like to hear her sing acoustically w/o all of this auto-tune crap. it’s hard to judge a persons vocal ability when it’s hidden underneath a bunch of mechanized tunes.
@Alia san: What are you saying? No one can understand you.
Well her voice is autotuned to the max and the choreography looks like it was thrown together in 5 minutes.. Im not surprised. I hate Tasrem Singh as a director.
I don’t know why,but she remind me of Jordana Brewster…..
Seriously, what’s with the hate on a girl NONE OF US KNOW? I guarantee you’d all get hate comments too.
could not understand a word she was singing about.
she believes!
this is Slumdog Snow White?
It’s catchy. I think it’s an awful song and poorly sung, but I already know I’m going to be singing it to myself all day now.
And these people are not “haters” BTW, it’s called an opinion. What is it with people today thinking that if you say something even slightly negative they’re a “hater?”
Lily Multi Talented!
Lot of JEALOUS people here, Lily has a GREAT life, you guys NOT
is this movie a parody of bollywood movies? This song is so horrible
a poor man’s nina dobrev IMO
This wasn’t great singing at all…reminded me of britney spears and all of her electronic dubbing. I’m not impressed at all…she was cute, but i don’t see her singing as insanely talented.
OK people, calm down. This wasn’t an Oscar-worthy film, so the song didn’t need to be Grammy material. It’s a fun family film and the song is just that, not a serious attempt at singing. She’s not Adele and she doesn’t claim to be. If you don’t like it, great, go listen to your iPod. BTW, she reminds me SOOO much of Hepburn in this film, Lily is GORGEOUS.
