Miley Cyrus shows off her toned tummy as she leaves her pilates class on Wednesday (April 4) in Studio City, Calif.
Earlier in the week, the 19-year-old entertainer was spotted walking her adorable new puppy, Floyd, with her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth! The cute couple held hands as they enjoyed their stroll with the pup.
Apparently the singer got in a good workout. “Uphill in shape-ups wooooweeee,” Miley tweeted.
Miley recently shot down rumors on her Twitter page about her and Liam being engaged.

It’s ironic that she started working out like crazy after somebody told her she was fat and she responded that she clearly wasn’t. I guess that’s what makes her a hypocrite now.

I kind of feel bad for her. I mean you have to admit, for 19 being under the limelight as much she has she is holding up pretty well. Lindsay Lohan was getting kicked out of clubs fro being so drunk and high.
She should just leave Hollywood for a few months or a year. Go to Australia with Liam, just leave so you can get better and then come back
