Nicole Scherzinger and Ellie Goulding strike a pose at the third annual Elle Women In Music event held at Avalon on Wednesday (April 11) in Hollywood.

The 33-year-old singer and Ellie, 25, were joined by Karmin‘s Amy Heidemann as they celebrated the women currently rocking the charts.
