Miley Cyrus: Skull Dress at Pilates!

Miley Cyrus rocks a skull printed romper and shades as she leaves her pilates class on Monday (April 16) in Los Angeles.

This summer, the 19-year-old entertainer will be promoting her latest film, LOL!, which co-stars Demi Moore!

In the film, Miley plays Lola, a teen trying to navigate her way through the pressures of high school romance and friendship while dealing with a strained relationship with her single mother.

“Thank you to all my fans promoting LOL! Ya are the best :)” Miley tweeted.

LOL! hits theaters on May 4.
