Great news. I’m sure he’ll do well. I wish I could go to NYC for this. Good luck, Jake :)

movie or theathre? @ 04/19/2012 at 2:13 pm

I still think Jake’s just awesome! Wasn’t he doing a new movie, though – The Enemy/An Enemy (or something like that)? Either way, it’s nice to hear he is working again – I wish him well.

music videos and off broadway plays? i was hoping for a better film career after he did bbm and got an oscar nod.

# 8

looks like Hollywood finally woke up and realized that he is a really bad actor . At least he can’t ruin a good broadway play

@Kim Broadway is a lot harder than film is 8 shows a week for the duration of a show unless your an understudy. most modern day stars can’t handle broadway

@Courtney: I bet Jake will manage :) No worries!

He will be the next Matthew Broderick or Nathan Lane. Good luck Jake!

There seems to be sadness in his expression lately….wonder what is bothering him.

Rachel ?? Failures? Source code last film was very well received by the critics, at the end of the year we will have End of Wacht and he will start shooting An enemy, it is pausing??
Good luck, Jake! make this bunch of repressed shut up!

This is great news! I think Jake will do fine. I wish I can see him, but I doubt it. I read that he did a play in London and won an award for it but that was a while ago.

The Enemy starts filming May 22nd and ends mid July. Then Jake can start focussing on the play which has previews the end of Aug and officially opens in Sept.

@AmberWaves: yeah i think that was about 5 years ago. in a way i think he’s more suited for the stage than film.
