    taylor L. Says:

how does she keep getting work????
    she is a horrible actress!!!

  25. 25
    KissThis Says:

@taylor L.: exactly what I was thinking. I can’t believe directors choose her for films… I do not get it.

  26. 26
    Robert Says:

You are both not actors. There is more to acting than making wild facial expressions. She got a good word in from those who saw her in Into the Wild, suggested to Salles to consider her for this movie.

  27. 27
    KissThis Says:

@Robert: She doesn’t even have different facial expressions and she plays pretty much the same character in every film she’s in. She has no range.

  28. 28
    mary Says:

    to taylor L.

I can tell exactly why she keeps getting work. it’s simple actually. Directors like Walter Salles, Rupert Sanders,, and others love working with her. also, they and others think that she does have talent. don’t forget she was a child star.

  29. 29
    mary Says:

    to Kiss,

All I can say is wait to see Snow White and the Huntsman; I have. and I hate to burst your bubble but this film is intended to be a trilogy.

  30. 30
    Kriss Says:

kristen is slaying it! Take note one-note starlets of franchises!!! cough cough.

  31. 31
    Sam Says:

    She’s a bad actor and a HOBO

  32. 32
    taylor L. Says:

well then those directors are idiots with no taste

  33. 33
    Kay Says:

Those directors are successful and highly accomplished. You are neither. How she performs on film reflects on their ability to direct, too. Calling prominent directors idiots with no tastes shows your lack of taste more than their’s.

    theweight Says:

Jack Kerouac is probably rolling over in his grave! Twihards have probably never read anything decent like “On the Road” in their life only the trash that Stephanie Meyers calls writing. I hate when people make movies out of classic literature just leave it alone instead of putting horrible actors in it and messing up the whole book. I pray she doesn’t get cast in the East of Eden remake my soul would be crushed by the her pathetic acting.

  35. 35
    Mejay Says:

Cosign! I’m just maybe not as passionate about it as you are. I don’t care one way or the other about Twihards of Kristen Stewart, but why mess with great literature?

  36. 36
    Kayla Says:

It’s call skipping it if you don’t like it. No one is forcing you to watch it. Who ever gets the rights to film On the Road invested lots of money, time, and sweat into making the perfect film. When you invest 25 million into making a film, you can choose who you want to cast. LOL, which is never.

  37. 37
    Sal Says:

I love the book and I am so excited to see the movie! The trailer looks fantastic…everyone looks just how I imagined!

  38. 38
    V Says:

@Mejay: Well perhaps you should have placed that question to Kerouac himself…who actually wanted it made into a movie…so who are you to say “messing with literature” when it’s own writer wanted it made into a movie. Clearly you have no idea what OTR is truly about.

  39. 39
    Leslie Says:

I’ve been waiting for so long for this movie to come out.I’m so excited to see kristen I’m sure she will be amazing.

  40. 40
    Lyn Says:

I love this poster coz kristen face on it.I cannot wait to see this!I hope that it will do successfully.

  41. 41
    Jesss Says:

where is Kirsten Dunst!!! she is Camille and Kristen Marylou

  42. 42
    R Says:

@Clara: simply because both characters in Into the Wild and On the Road were the same, a thirsty sex teen, he needed an actress that looks to be sixteen and is not shy to stripping, simple.

  43. 43
    Teresa Says:

Only watching this for Viggo, even if he’s only in it for two seconds. Even if I have to put up with no talent hicks like the Kristen Stewart and Kirsten Dunst.
