OlderKaty Perry: 'Part of Me' on American Idol!
Katy Perry hits the stage to perform her hit song “Part of Me” on the American Idol results show on Thursday (April 26) in Hollywood.
“Me and 12 strong chicks dance it out military-style on @AmericanIdol tonight! Tune in to Fox at 8/7c! #PartOfMe #NightVision,” the 27-year-old singer tweeted.
Katy actually pre-taped the performance the night before after the live performance show ended.
“Has Jessica Simpson had that baby yet?! I’m getting anxious,” Katy tweeted earlier in the day.
FYI: Katy is wearing Army Surplus customized by Silvias Costumes and All Saints boots.

Katy and Rihanna are the same in that their’ just manufactured and generic pop stars who can’t sing whatsoever, completely devoid of talent yet people love them. What happened to the days when people admired real singers and actors?
What happend to her? She use to have catchy songs and cute looking. Her divorce must have hit her HARD.

@katy perry: I am looking at myself and what I see? Well I am not a singer so unlike her I don´t have to know how to sing well! IMHO Katy´s songs are autotuned a lot and her live performances are just bad. I don´t hate her, I like some of her first songs but she´s become annoying and overrated.
I hate to say it, but she doesn’t sound good here at all. I’m a singer and i’m trying so hard to get noticed on youtube and stuff.. its kinda not fair :(

if someone is dancing and singing live and her voice isn’t like the album then she can’t sing! if someone is dancing and singing in playback then it’s because they’re singing in playback!
you might call her talentless but she has more hits from one album than any other female artist.
