The 23-year-old actress was joined by her little sis Stella and their mom Gina for a gals afternoon out!

Now the people that say she doesn’t spend any time with her family can shut up. She looks very beautiful here and yes from here she went to the wish upon a teen event. Her haters can say what they want i guess but after the punk’d episode and now this you can’t deny this girl is a kind person with a good heart.

Isn’t her sister like 14 years old? I feel like I’m gonna get heat for saying this but that’s not really an appropriate outfit for a kid. A sheer shirt and shorts as short as underwear? Why not just WEAR underwear out? Maybe it really is just me, but I wonder why their parents never PARENTED them with that kind of stuff.

I remember the day when mini skirts and dresses were worn till they barely covered yr butt and when you bent over slightly yr butt and panties could be seen. What about the hot pants? Well, I don’t see this as being any more provocative than what is being worn amongst teenagers these days. If I’m not mistaken Stella is 17 yrs old, old enough don’t you think?
Stella is NOT 17, but this is by far not her worst outfit. She’s always got her “boobs” out, tummy flashing and shorts so short they really COULD pass as underwear. It’s just the kinda thing kids wear these days, and if you say anything about it, you’re “fat and jealous”, so, I think a lot of ppl just give up. But really… who DOES give a s–t when they end up on 16 and pregnant? Let them live how they wish to.
@lellu: actually she was born in ’95 so she’s going to be 17 this year. And I doubt how you dress is related to you ending up pregnant. Just because someone chooses to dress inapprpriatley doesn’t mean they’re morals or desision-making are affected…
@meski, I totally agree. I come from a Muslim country and it doesn’t matter if you dressed skimpily or are all demurely covered up. Ignorance and naïveté plays a part. Being educated about the birds and bees and then some should be taught at schools. Prevention is the measure. In western and modern countries clothing such as those worn by Stella is common. I have seen more skimpily or inappropriate dressing by girls her age and younger.

i love stella’s style but i do think that she dresses a little provocative for her age and i’m 16 too before u guys assume otherwise. but i think she is a bit insecure cuz she always has pictures of herself on twitter posing and she wears barely anything and seems to show off her amazing ballet skills… i think shes awesome so she doesn’t need to impress anyone :)
