OlderGlee's Amber Riley Collapses on Red Carpet
Amber Riley, Heather Morris, and Jenna Ushkowitz hit the red carpet at the Academy screening of their hit Fox series Glee held at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre on Tuesday (May 1) in Hollywood.
While giving interviews on the carpet, Amber fainted and collapsed, but we are glad to report that she is doing okay.
“Hey guys, I’m okay :) I got a little dizzy from all the photog flashes! You’d think I’s be used to it by now, still a red carpet amateur I guess. Gonna get checked out but I feel fine. Thank you for all the concern and well wishes,” Amber tweeted. “I’d also like to thank the photographers for being do professional and not taking photos of me on the ground. I truly truly appreciate it. Could have been super embarrassing.”

First thank God Amber’s okay! And second what in the hell is Heather wearing?! She’s gorgeous but that outfit is hideous!
I really like Amber but her explanation doesn’t make sense. I hope she is OK anyway and I’m glad the press didn’t take pics.

it’s a missed opportunity to get press, the pics would of ran everywhere.. and she needs it.

I think the flashes can set off epileptic incidents.
@Mari: yes, they can (it happens 2 me) and if this was the case for her then it’d happen more than once.. and shes been to big event with twice as many photographers. I call drugs on this one.

Celebs and their handlers think the public are idiots. “dizzy from flashbulbs”, yeah file this under hospitalized for “exhaustion”!!
Sounds more like diet pills or perhaps the extra weight she carries around is hurting her heart.
Maybe she hadn’t eaten that day?
