Neil Patrick Harris: 'Oprah's Next Chapter' with David Burtka!

The 38-year-old How I Met Your Mother actor recently shot a Mother’s Day message for the Noreen Fraser Foundation, which was provided exclusively to JustJared.com.

The foundation, which raises funds and awareness for women’s cancer research, has debuted celebrity video e-cards to stress the importance of early detection of women’s cancers. The e-cards are available now and feature various celebs wishing moms all over a Happy Mother’s Day as well as emphasizing the significance of mammograms and other screening procedures.
