Nina Dobrev - Met Ball 2012
Nina Dobrev leads a long train on the red carpet at the 2012 Met Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.
The 23-year-old Vampire Diaries actress wore a Donna Karan Atelier gown, Jimmy Choo shoes, H. Stern jewelry, and carried a Judith Lieber clutch.
“On my way to the MET BALL…can’t wait for everyone to see the dress! It’s heavy… Haha,” Nina tweeted on her way to the annual gala.
Make sure to catch the season finale of The Vampire Diaries this Thursday at 8/7c on The CW.

Gorgeeeeeeooooous! Love it! She’s sooooo pretty.
she looks wonderful but the train could be a bit shorter.
Gorgeous!
gorgeous!
I don’t get the dress.
I like the dress but honestly the red Emmy dress was better! Just my opinion! ;)
these little it girl actresses always look like boring cliche pageant queens. not fashion!!
Love!
Ahh to be a celeb. So since they always name the designer means they get to wear the clothes for free. So lucky. Gorgeous dress.
where is Pippa?
One of the best dressed and soo beautiful….
Wow! I love her style.
Just WOW
Pretty.
That dress looks tacky and she looks like a 15 year old going to Prom. Epic fashion fail
The dress is OK but I don’t like the hair like that! Sorry
tries hard.
You F*ckers are so jealous its insane. She look stunning. Theres no doubt about it
@Long Train: Who is pippa?
That dress says Dahllllling!
everything looks beautiful, but boring and safe.
There are no words to describe,How beautifull she looks tonight,I loved the hair, make up ,her skin and of course the DRESS, she looks STUNNING.
If you do not see how clearly Nina is killing it on the red carpet tonight then I feel sorry for you. She is undoubtedly one of the best dressed of the evening. Her hair and makeup flawless as well. Whoever disagrees does not know fashion. I spend my life studying fashion and if I did not I wouldn’t make such ridiculous comments on a subject I know nothing about. Just a suggestion. Then again…to each his own.
where is Ian???
Love the silhouette of the dress, hate the gold bursts.
It’s called style, either you’re born with it or you’re not. It really doesn’t matter how long someone spend “studying” it.
