OlderAndrew Garfield: 'Spider-Man' Was 'Always a Dream of Mine'
Andrew Garfield takes the cover of i-D‘s Summer 2012 issue, available online now and on newsstands May 10.
“I see acting as magic. When I can’t see what an actor is doing, and they’re just taking me somewhere, it’s sorcery,” the 28-year-old actor told the mag.

As for playing Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man, “I had a moment where I was like f—,” Andrew shared. “I’m about to step into a character that’s going to change my whole life.”
“A character that helped me through so many times of my own,” he added. “With Spider-Man, it’s like a dream. It was always a dream of mine.”
