Katy Perry and her grandmother, Ann Hudson, attend the 2012 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 20) in Las Vegas.
“My date to tonight’s Billboard Music Awards is hotter than the las vegas weather. SMOKIN’!” the 27-year-old pop star tweeted.
Katy will be hitting the stage to debut her new song, “Wide Awake,” which was written for her upcoming film Katy Perry: Part of Me.
She’s also up for Top Artist (against Adele, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne, and Rihanna) and Top Hot 100 Song for “E.T.” featuring Kanye West!
FYI: Katy is wearing a Blumarine dress and Misaki spiky silver bangles.
