OlderReese Witherspoon 'Wants Her Parents to be Happy'
Reese Witherspoon shows off her growing baby bump while hiking on Saturday (May 19) in Los Angeles.
The 36-year-old actress, who’s expecting her first child with husband Jim Toth, got in some exercise with her dad John and her two kids, Ava and Deacon.
Reese recently appeared with her parents in a Nashville court for an emergency hearing. Her mom, Mary, is suing John, claiming he married another woman while still married to her (the two have been separated since 1996).
“She’s doing okay. It’s just not something that’s easy to deal with whatever way you look at it,” a source told People. “[Reese] wants her parents to be happy, and of course she’s going to care for them – she always has – but it’s a stressful situation.”

I’m glad she hasn’t chosen to take sides. As children we tend to want to side with one parent instead of being neutral. We all need to understand, a marriage is a total different relationship than parent and child. As kids, stay clear of the drama, be neutral and hope both parents move on and enjoy happiness with the rest of their life.

I think it is so strange that they say he has to have a conservatorship, has no memory and can’t take care of himself and he was operating on people TWO MONTHS AGO! How weird is that? The parents haven’t been together for 20 years and now her mother starts all kinds of crap because he changed his will. I think there is so much more going on than just an aging parent needing help.

Of course there is more going on then they are saying! The perfect Witherspoon portrait that has been painted for 20 years just blew up in their faces!
Then going to People Magazine was one of the worst PR moves ever!

he was my doctor, the man performed surgery on me, I was horrified!
I cannot believe with all the exercising she does, she has such a crappy body. Yes, I know she is pregnant, but very flabby. I have taken a look in the mirror and am not any better but I don’t exercise like she does. As far as her parents – dysfunctional. Seperated since the 1990″s. Hopefully this guy isn’t performing surgery on any poor innocent people. Former patients will have grounds for malpractice if anything went wrong. He doesn’t look like a MD I would ever go to.
