The 24-year-old entertainer dumped her new dreads for the shoot – but it’s only temporary!

Rihanna posted a picture to her Twitter account earlier in the day to let her followers in on the surprise and to reassure fans that the dreads are only gone for now.

Earlier in the week, Rihanna performed her hit song “Where Have You Been” during the American Idol finale.
