Sammy Adams‘ “Only One” is this week’s pick for JustJared.com and 102.7 KIIS-FM‘s JJ Music Monday!
“Happiness is the ILLEST DRUG!! Let’s go MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!! #ONLYONE,” the 24-year-old artist tweeted.
Sammy, one of the first rappers to combine dubstep and hip hop, recently played at Bamboozle for the third year in a row.
“I want to make music that’s universal, that anyone can relate to,” Sammy shared. “I’ve had my biggest success so far with pop songs like ‘Driving Me Crazy’and ‘I Hate College’ and it has inspired me to write super-catchy hooks that people can jump up and down to.”

One of the first artists to combine hip-hop and dubstep? Maybe in the mainstream which has all but watered down the wobble. But he is not even kind of close to the first person to do that.
