Justin Bieber serenades fans from his hotel balcony on Friday (June 1) in Paris, France.

The 18-year-old pop star sang into a megaphone from his third floor window.

Justin also announced that he’ll be giving a free concert in Mexico City on June 11 as part of his Believe tour!
