Sofia Vergara & Nick Loeb: Back Together!

Sofia Vergara and her on-again boyfriend Nick Loeb walk hand-in-hand as they head to a nightclub on Thursday evening (June 7) in New York City.

The 39-year-old Modern Family actress briefly split last month but seem to be back together!
