OlderJoaquin Phoenix: Mustache Man in Metro!
Joaquin Phoenix is all smiles on the set of the currently untitled Spike Jonze project he’s filming on Friday (June 8) in Hollywood.
The 37-year-old mustachioed actor was filmed running through a metro station.

The movie, which also features Olivia Wilde, Rooney Mara, and Amy Adams, is about a man who falls in love with a computer’s voice. The comedy is slated for release next year.

Did he give up that strange rap, hip-hop character that he was doing for awhile? I wondered if he had a nervous breakdown. He almost ruined his music career so it’s good to see him back on the right track again. (let’s just say that his greatest strength was not as a musician…….)

He is a talented actor..in these pictures he looks like someone else
Joaquin Phoenix is one of our greatest young actors…. that is why he has been hand picked by people like Mel Gibson to work with them.. The movie “Signs” was an hilarious role for him. Anyone who could not tell that his claim he was to withdraw from acting, his bizarre stint on the David Letterman show and the Mockumentory “I’m still here was a joke, just doesn’t get his dry sarcastic humor…. Hollywood takes itself too seriously… Phoenix gets that as does his brother in law Casey Affleck… there is your 1st clue it was a one fingered salute to the Hollywood publicity folks…. Casey Affleck, LOL! I thought his performance as a Hollywood train-wreck was brilliant.
Yes he is a damn good actor. Just watched my DVD of “Walk the LIne” Gawd what terrific, convincing acting at Johnny Cash. I read on a fan site that nose is fake. What is that white thing in his ear< Is he going deaf? At any rate looks like this filming is fun for him. Looks very relaxed and stil very sexy.
