Mandy Moore & Girl Scouts Rock the National Mall

Mandy Moore attends the Dove presentation of positive role models at the Girl Scouts Rock The Mall event held at the National Mall on Saturday (June 9) in Washington, D.C.

The 28-year-old actress was joined by singer Jessica Jarrell and 200,000 girl scouts to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the organization. It was the largest gathering of girl scouts ever recorded!
