OlderAnton Yelchin Covers 'Interview' Russia
Anton Yelchin rubs sand out of his eyes on the cover of the latest issue of Interview Russia.
The 23-year-old Russian actor, who went shirtless for the photo spread, was photographed by Kurt Iswarienko for the issue.

Anton is getting ready to start work on a new movie called The Winter Queen. It’s a crime drama that follows the story of a young investigator with the Moscow police who sets out to solve the apparent suicide of a university student, but soon lands in the middle of a far-reaching international conspiracy. The Winter Queen is slated for release later this year.

JARED, why did you call Anton Russian? I understand he was born in Russia, but his family moved to the United States when he was just 6 months old and he’s lived in the US ever since. I think he should be called “American” (considering that is where he spent his whole life and where he was raised) over “Russian”, or at least Russian-American”. In my opinion, you are the nationality of the country you are raised in.
