“The kindest ppl here at this Festival in Monte Carlo!!!” Chad, 30, tweeted with a pic of him being interviewed by a TV crew.

“Don’t b alarmed at the goofy guy wearin a neck brace with his head cockeyed… It’s just me. Ooof painful. Night all!” he wrote in a tweet the night before.
