The 42-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress went makeup free when she stepped out.

Grey’s Anatomy writer and creator Shonda Rhimes tweeted on Wednesday about working on the series’ ninth season: “Moving from one writers room to the next: Grey‘s yesterday, Scandal today, PP tomorrow.”

Grey’s will be back for its ninth season this September – we can’t wait!
