Miley Cyrus and fiance Liam Hemsworth attend the Australians In Film Awards & Benefit Dinner held at the InterContinental Hotel on Wednesday (June 27) in Century City, Calif.
The 22-year-old Aussie actor received the Australians in Film Breakthrough Award for his work in international films. Chuck‘s Yvonne Strahovski was the female recipient of the award!
Liam‘s older brother Chris received the award back in 2008!
“We are delighted to honor Liam Hemsworth with the 2012 Breakthrough Award. The string of his upcoming films demonstrates an undeniable star power. From The Expendables 2… and Paranoia… to Arabian Nights… we believe this is only the beginning for [him],” AiF President Andrew Warne said of the organization’s selection.
