Kanye West is all smiles as he accepts the award for Best Group during the 2012 BET Awards held at The Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (July 1) in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old recording artist accepted the award with friend and collaborator Jay-Z for their work as The Throne.

Over the weekend, Kanye was spotted out enjoying the sunshine with girlfriend Kim Kardashian. The cute couple chatted and kept close on their romantic stroll.

I haven’t had a chance to watch yet, but I have it recording at home. I’m glad to hear Kanye West won for best group, but the question remains; did his girlfriend Kim Kardashian join? I have the BET Awards of 2012 set to record on my Hopper. Luckily my coworker at Dish suggested I upgrade to the Whole Home DVR because when I play back the award show I will be able to start watching in the living room and continue watching on my back patio. So convenient!
