Nina Dobrev shows a hint of bra in this sexy new shot from Esquire‘s August 2012 issue, on newsstands now.
The 23-year-old Vampire Diaries actress told some jokes for the mag’s monthly “Me in My Place” feature. Here’s one of them:
“A grasshopper walks into a bar. The bartender says, ”Hey, we have a drink named after you.’ The grasshopper says, ‘You have a drink named Steve?’” LOL!

Why is it that I always see her in this site Jared? you love her a little too much. I really don’t see why, I don’t think shes that pretty. I find Candice and Kat prettier.

Lets see Nina is either bragging about all the free trips she takes. Names designers for free clothes. Or TELLING the fans of that vampire show to vote for her. I stopped watching the show when it became way too much that she thought she WAS the show. Newsflash Nina. Candice, Claire and JoMo have ALOT of fans who watch for them. So tired of this wannabe.

I don’t know what’s worse, her acting or that joke.
And the haters come out. She’s adorable in this piece. Sexy, flirtatious. She’s just being herself. Maybe when you all get your contract to do a photo shoot for esquire you can come up with something you find more appropriate for yourselves. Personally I think she rocked this. As for the show revolving around Nina’s character…I thought that’s how tv, and most forms of entertainment works. You have your main stars and then you have supporting cast. People are so unreasonable sometimes!

Nina, is sweet, kind, adorable, The joke didn’t have to be funny, she’s not a damn comedian! And Nina is a great actress, let see you play too characters, even three soon! Leave Nina alone, she’s a sweetheart! & @amy I believe the show is about A girl named Elena torn between two brothers, & guess what she plays Elena, so it is her show! & Candice, Claire, jomo are great actresses are the show too!
So leave Nina alone & go talk trash about Lindsay Lohan someone who actually does bad things

To be honest, I’m not a big fan of Nina but I have to say that I find her acting pretty good. We’ll see if you can play two totally opposite characters on the same show, I think she’s doing it pretty well. And maybe. that joke wasn’t really funny but we’re not going to judge her because of that. That’s so stupid, really…..
But still wish we could talk more about the other actors on the show: Candice, Kat, Joseph…

And why do people keep saying she’s ‘trying too hard’… it’s part of her job to stay in the public eye and get publicity for herself and the show and the magazine! That’s how the whole industry works
kinda random, but woah they shot this ages ago, I remember the photos of her off-set at this shoot came out in like July 2011
anyway, she looks gorgeous and I think she seems down-to-earth
i suppose ppl just fed up with fake image of nice personality for Nina. She couldn’t pull it to long. Ppl who met her and worked with her says a lot of interesting things and not a good one. Even her agent during the cons said that the only person on the set who can say smth good or kind about Nina is her mother, others forced to prolong her image due the contract obligations. But hey she fed up the cast so much that during cons all boys including Ian made jokes about her huge ego and hysterical attitude!
