A make-up free Kim Kardashian leaves a local tanning salon on Sunday (July 8) in Studio City, Calif.
Later that day, the 31-year-old reality star’s sister Kourtney gave birth to her second child – a baby girl named Penelope Scotland!
“Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick!” Kim wrote on her blog. “Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect! I am so excited to be an aunt again and can’t wait to spoil little Penelope. I know Mason is going to be the best big brother in the whole world. Congratulations Kourtney and Scott.”

She is so weird. Why is she wearing dark makeup to the gym? Sometimes if I go after work, I don’t wash my makeup off, but it’s not chola looking and Kim doesn’t have a job, so there’s no reason she should look like this at the gym.
