Gabriel Aubry hangs on tight to his adorable daughter Nahla as he picks her up from ballet class on Tuesday (July 17) in Studio City, Calif.
The 35-year-old model looked like he was having fun with his 4-year-old daughter – Nahla was all smiles as she swung on his arm!

That same day, Halle Berry, Gabriel‘s ex-wife and Nahla‘s mother, was spotted on the set of her upcoming movie The Hive.

i really hate the fact that paps are allowed to take pictures of celebrities’ kids.
And Jared is all too willing to publish those pics. Although, he certainly isnt the only one :(.

Im surprised Halle’s team didn’t use their power to stop ALL pics of THEIR daughter obviously happy with her biological father who seems dedicated to her as well. Many bloggers wild sites will only post Halle with her daughter and only post Halle friendly stories from the custody case. Sites like TMZ will not post when Halle’s side loses. Plus when sh wen off on photos a while ago it was of course justified because she’s a mother not because she can be mentally unstable or under a lot of stressBUT when Gabriel happens to yell or get angry it must be because he has issues and or is abusive. Sure.

Lest we forget….Halle pursued Aubry from day one. Check any print and/or TV interview. How can he be a golddigger if she pursued him? Has benefited financially and in social status besides the 20K, possibly.
Is he a saint? Probably not. Is Halle an angel? IDK. Halle shelling out support is based on her own stupidity of not having him sign some agreement when they got together and freaking out that he may be might care about Nahla?Are many of you taking all of this too personally on either side? Yes! We may never know what really has happened or is going on other than basing opinions on emotion and misinformation.
