The 19-year-old actress took her pooch Ziggy out for a walk earlier in the day wearing a sheer white skirt and a black tank.

Miley should stop whining! She makes $30-$50 million a year because there are people willing to follow her and take photos of her everyday and there are people willing to consume them. She certainly needs us to continue to remain interested in her if she want to continue being an “actress.“
