Chris Hemsworth leans over to speak to a police officer after having lunch at Shutters hotel on Wednesday (July 18) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 28-year-old Thor actor was at the hotel enjoying quality time with his wife Elsa Pataky and their baby daughter India Rose during the lunch.

Over the weekend, the new title for the much anticipated Thor sequel was revealed at the 2012 Comic-Con held in San Diego. Thor: The Dark World is expected to hit theaters November of 2013.
