The 26-year-old actress and Desmond, 35, were spotted out walking Amanda‘s adorable pet pooch Flynn Friday morning (July 27) in Los Angeles.

Amanda and Desmond kept it casual on their walk, but Celebuzz reports that they are very into each other.

Desmond played Jack Bass on Gossip Girl and also plays Joey Quinn on Dexter.
