Miley Cyrus wears her hair in a bun as she walks and talks with a pal while out and about on Friday (July 27) in Philadelphia, Penn.
The 19-year-old entertainer was all smiles as she sipped on her Starbucks beverage and enjoyed her friend’s company.

Earlier in the week, Miley stopped by Project New York, WWD reports.
The blonde beauty then attended the after party for Zanerobe and Project where she hinted that fiance Liam Hemsworth was “interested in starting a men’s wear line of his own and discussed the ins and outs of the business with fellow revelers.”
FYI: Miley is carrying a Valentino bag.

i will admit that at the beginning of her career i wasn’t a fan on Miley’s but as time passes by I actually admire her for embracing herself flaws and all…..some people forget we’re all imperfect.

Sorry for sounding bitchy but the only reason she’s relevant is because of Liam. Her movie LOL couldn’t find distribution and then went straight to DVD and flopped and So Undercover hasn’t found a release date. Basically her market value in just the past few years has dropped tremendously.
If she was really marketable, those movies would have been released without a doubt.
