OlderBritish Diver Tom Daley Misses Out on Olympic Medal
Tom Daley steps out of the pool after completing a dive in the Men’s Synchronized 10m Platform Diving competition on Day 3 of the 2012 Summer Olympics on Monday (July 30) at the Aquatics Centre in London, England.
The 18-year-old British diving sensation was joined by his diving partner Peter Waterfield.
While the guys were expected to walk away as decorated athletes, they missed out on medals, placing fourth in the competition.
“#gutted so sorry everyone but we tried our best and you can’t afford to miss a dive at this standard…bring on individual!” Tom tweeted.
