Janet Jackson‘s attorney recently released a statement about her concern with the executors of her late brother Michael Jackson‘s will.
The statement alleges that the executors do not have the best interests of Michael‘s children and mother at heart:
“Since the loss of Michael, Janet, Randy, and Rebbie‘s principal concern has been and continues to be for the safety and well-being of Michael‘s children, their mother Katherine Jackson, and the entire family. Unfortunately, those people have been harmed by the actions of the executors of Michael‘s estate, the estate’s lawyer, and those installed and paid to do their bidding.”
The statement further reiterates that Janet and her brothers Randy and Rebbie will continue to search for the truth regarding Michael‘s will.

Please, that whole family is wacked. What Janet meant to say was she and her sibling want control of the millions Michael’s estate is worth. They are a bunch of greedy devils.

Janet is doing this because she is tired of her brother asking her for money..The Jackson Brothers need to get a job even if its the clean up crew at one of Janet’s Shows.
Unless she can can prove how the children have been harmed by the executors, she should shut her greedy mouth. This is ALL about them being cut out of MJ’s will. With family like this, no wonder those non-family members he surrounded himself with had so much influence. They should be ashamed of themselves.
While they say repeatedly that people have been damaged by the executors actions and decisions, they do not state what damage has been done, or to whom.
It seems to me that the kids and Katherine Jackson are doing just fine.
I think they are miffed that Michael excluded them from inheriting, so the only means to strip the estate is if they become executors/guardians and start paying themselves for all their future bad decisions. And fighting the will is a really bad decision. They will need lawyers, the kids and Katherine Jackson will need lawyers, and of course, the current executors are lawyers, so they will defend the will.
At the end of the day… who wins?

the reality is that Janet and the others are angry that Michael left everything to the children and nothing to them. somewhere along the way, these people, especially the brothers, got the idea that Michael would and should support them for the rest of their lives. they are angry because the Executors and the lawyer will not allow them access to what is the money belonging to the children. Janet and her siblings will continue this fight for the rest of their lives. Michael’s children will continually have to fight off these greedy people.
And to think this bizarre series of events were played out in public. It’s hard to fathom what has occurred behind closed doors.

She signed the letter lying about Katherin’s health claiming that the Estate caused her to have a heart attack, and Paris was so smart, that she ruined it. Janet Jackson concern is Michael left her out of his will along with the rest of his siblings and father. After Michael’s death these pass three years she nor her sibling lifted one finger to try and help repay MJ’s debts. Not one of them took a interest in helping their mother take care of or support MJ’s children. Now that the executor’s of MJ’s estate has repaid over half of MJ’s debts Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie wants to try and cash in on MJ’s Will. There isn’t a name to fit these devils to describe them accurately enough, but one thing for sure they don’t care anything about MJ’s children and what they did to their own mother shows just how much they care about her well-being. It’s not the executors of MJ’s estate trying to harm the children or Mrs. Jackson. It’s Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie trying to cause their own mother a early death. People following up on this story with an ounce of sense see this for what it really is. The bottom line the court is not going to give Janet, Randy, Jermaine or Rebbie one cent of MJ’s Will. So they better continue going to the bank with Mrs. Jackson and robbing her of her funds. The executors of MJ’s estate should have Mrs. Jackson log and show receipts where that money is going if it comes out the children allowance. What Janet really means Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie and herself will continue hounding their mother for money until she dies and early death or Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie and Janet forge checks with certain amounts of money for them with Mrs. Jackson’s signature. Janet is not protecting her neice and nephew. Remember, it was Janet who REFUSED to allow these kids to speak to their grandmother for !! days. It was not until Michael’s daughter became concerned of the lie that Katherine had a “stroke” was released to the media. Janet and her siblings were the ones who posted that LIE in a letter and released it to the media. It was Prince Michael who released the statement that made these people start shaking in their boots. He also released the screen shot of Janet’s reply when he BEGGED her and Rebbie to allow him and his siblings to speak to their grandmother. Prince’s statement was on his twitter account and was posted on every news site. BOTH of Michael’s children showed maturity, strength and courage to stand up to the despicable act that Janet and her siblings created.
How is Katherine doing good when she doesn’t even own a home? She is entitled to 20% of the estate. The estate has made $1 Billion Dollars. Where is her money that is owed to her??? Why is she renting? Why is she getting an allowance? Where is her lump sum? Get them Janet!!!

Now fast forward to Katherine’s day in court. She filed papers with the court and told a completely differebt story. She said she was supposed to drive to New Mexico to her sons’ show in a big Camper, but some strange “doctor” told her she had to fly. When she steps off the plane, Oops, she’s in Arizona. They take away her phone, her iPad, and unplug the hotel phone and the TV set! The TV set! Her own lawyer isn’t even allowed to see her.
Janet did that, along with her sister & brothers. Katherine told it all and now Janet looks really bad. So she has a statement trying to insist she is doing the right thing when everything points to the fact that she isn’t. Janet needs to fade now. Disappear. No more public statements. where do you get the idea that Katherine is legally entitled to 20 % of the Estate. there are only three people who are legally entitled to Michael Jackson’s estate; Paris, Prince, and Blanket. by law they are legally Michael’s children. the only money Katherine is entitled to is the money Michael provided in his will to the guardian of his children for their care.
Indeed, she should be ashamed of her recent–and continuing–behavior. Her statements accusing the Executors of mishandling and fraud are absurd. They’re doing an excellent job of handling the Estate and have been more than generous to Katherine. Janet and her siblings offer no proof of any of her accusations because the accusations are false.
Janet’s career is fading, with less and less money coming in, and I believe she’s concerned about her future. However, that does not excuse her aggressive participation in the plot that involved her personal physician’s going to Katherine’s house, falsely claiming that K’s own physician had sent him and lying to Katherine, MJ’s children, and the public. Kidnapping and attempted kidnapping are serious offenses, and the siblings are lucky that no charges have been pressed against them.

I know that Michael is the wealthiest since his death ad is liable to stay that way because we do not seem to let our beloved stars die. I just wish that the money would be divided between the three kids and each had a guardian and that they be allowed to emancipate themselves at age 18. I think Michael did a good job with his kids and I think they will be alright as sole heirs of his estate.

Katherine does not spend 4 million, nw she msut ahve recieved 16 million a year. Her heirs will each take 1/8 of her money. You know Katerine does not use 4 million a year in living expenses. Out of her money comes taxes, her lving expenses, the estates provides a home, her money takes care of the 8 kids. You know they all get money from her.

This Will has gone to the CA Supreme Court and has been validated. These executors don’t have free reign to do anything they please, they have to go through the courts for some things and make regular reports to the court. Janet, her brothers and her stupid lawyer should know this.

Janet is involved in an attempt to overthrow her brother’s BILLION DOLLAR estate. Janet and her siblings released a message to the media with the lie that her mother had a “stroke” because of the estate. THAT was a LIE. Katherine never had a stroke. This lie caused Katherine’s granddaughter, Paris, to say>”my grandmother is fine. She didn’t have a stroke.” Add this to the fact that this child and her siblings had not heard from their grandmother in 11 days. Add to this the fact that these kids were NOT allowed to speak to their grandmother by Janet. Add to this the fact that Janet sent her security team to these kids’ home and tried to try and force these kids to go somewhere without the permission and knowledge of their grandmother who was basically being held hostage by Janet and her other three siblings. Finally, think about the fact that Janet and Randy rushed these kids as they came in from school and Janet began trying to snatch Paris’ phone in order to silence her.
You defenders need to look at reality and realize the Janet and her siblings don’t give a damn about Michael or his children.IF they really cared about Michael, they would not have participated in and conceived this ill-fated PLOT to take over Michael’s estate. This plot is based on Greed and Money and nothing else. Janet is full of it. Maybe you defenders believe the crap that she is spewing,; however, people who are knowledgeable and aware don’t believe a word that she is spewing. There really does need to be an investigation on what she and her siblings have attempted to do. If it had not been for TWO CHILDREN, this plot that Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie conceived would have worked. You defenders need to take off your blinders and look at what is REALLY happening. The estate had nothing to do with this fiasco. Janet and her siblings have backed themselves into a corner. She was arrogant enough to think that just because the media kisses her ass that her involvement would add credibility to this attempted coup. Her arrogance led her and her siblings to conceive this plot in a very ignorant and unprofessional way. You would think with all of her supposed millions, she could have hired some way to do this attempted take over in a professional way. The way that Janet and Co. attempted to implent this plan is akin to what a crackhead would do.
If she and the other greedy siblings want to overthrow the estate, at least have the intelligence to do it in a professional way- not kidnap your own mother and try to forcibly take Michael’s children.
The bottomline is that this mess does not make sense and no amount of denial and excuses from Janet fans and Jackson defenders will nullify what these people have done. Their actions are CRIMINAL.
@ ED: I personally suspect “Teej” is really named Taaj, who is well known among MJ’s fan base. Mj fans either support her or strongly dislike her, generally speaking. In any event, some of Michael Jackson’s fans have taken very strong positions on certain things, issues and people related to Michael Jackson, his children, his estate and his family members. “Teej” reads to me like “Taaj” in her chosen posting name, and her arguments and ‘tone of voice’ read to me like a Jackson and MJ fan who is extremely passionate about both Michael and his family. I don’t fault her for that.
The bottom line, no matter what each of us thinks or believes, is that we can only go by what we see, hear and read, and by what is presented to us, which in this case was not only via the Jacksons themselves but also via Michael’s two oldest children, in addition to the reports by the MSM (which I always question, personally). None of us is in the position of the executors of Michael’s estate, and none of us are Jackson family members. Jackson family members themselves are obviously extremely divided as to their loyalties and personal agendas.
Personally, I don’t trust the ‘estate’ or the executors. I also am now at a point where I don’t trust the Jackson family members themselves. That’s my personal stance at this point in time.
To avoid this type of public backlash and PR fiasco, the Jackson family really needs to learn to exercise restraint before taking action(s) that can backfire or do damage to the family’s name, image, marketability and reputation. They need to think as a FAMILY UNIT as well as individually. They also would be wise to consider individual and group counseling or therapy, and also family counseling. The divisive issues that Janet refers to as being the fault of the ‘estate’ (‘estate’ in quotes for those who believe Branca and McClain are supposed to be the executors and that a 2007 will exists but has not surfaced – yet) were present long before Branca and McClain took over as executors and long before Michael Jackson died. The Jackson family has had deep rooted personal issues that I think the general public cannot possibly be aware of or understand. However, the results of those issues and deep wounds and feelings of hurt have manifested themselves over the years. What is occurring now cannot be fully blamed on the ‘estate.’
I do hope the Jacksons will, as a FAMILY, set aside some of their personal differences and work things out PRIVATELY and use the tools available to them, including professional counseling. They need it. Michael needed it. And it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Michael had the dignity and class to keep his personal life and personal issues private. I wish his family would do the same. If you’re a celebrity and you don’t want the public sniffing your laundry (aka your private business), then don’t put your laundry out there to begin with. If it’s flapping in the breeze, people will see it – and comment. It makes absolutely no sense to me to hear celebrities complain about the MSM and the media, etc, when they themselves have played a role in their PR disasters.
For the record, the discord and fighting among his family is NOT what Michael would have wanted, in my personal opinion. And yes, I do believe sinister forces were behind his death. However, the methods being used by Janet, Rebbie, Randy, Jermaine and Tito, and all others who are behind this current effort to oust the current executors, are highly unpolished, unwise and unprofessional. These are music industry veterans – on both ends, both the Jacksons and the men running Michael’s estate – and the Jackson family should know better than to do what they’ve done. I could only shake my head in sad disbelief when I saw and read ‘the letter’ that somehow (what a coincidence!) got leaked to the Internet and the MSM. And Katherine was taken away for a much needed vacation to “de-stress” per a doctor who tended to her under false pretenses, just in time to not be able to see, hear or read about what her children had done by midweek. NONE OF THIS WAS BY ACCIDENT, and the Jacksons involved need to strongly consider what they’ve done and why they did it. I get the very sad feeling that in this family, the end really does justify the means.
If so, I find that truly sad because it means to me that the Jackson family is possibly not much better than the people who made Michael’s life a living nightmare. That’s how Michael was treated.

I think you summed up the key points of what took place between July 15 and July 25th quite well. It makes no sense for the Jackson family members who were involved in all of this to blame the ‘estate’ or the main stream media for their own foolish, unwise and counterproductive actions. If they wish to fight the estate – something which should have been done at least two years ago, and not now that Michael’s debts are finally just about completely paid off – then they should take their case to some highly qualified attorneys who specialize in wills, estates and living trusts. They should also hire a forensic scientist who specializes in graphology in order to examine the alleged signatures on Michael’s 2002 will so their case may stand before a judge and/or jury. Making accusations proves nothing. Doing real research and slowly, carefully and precisely building a genuine case would have been much wiser in the long run. Too bad the Jacksons didn’t have the common sense to do this two years ago. I feel bad for them in this regard because I too, question some things just as they do.
They shot themselves in BOTH feet on this one.

So much negative comments on a family no one truly knows nothing about apart from what the media portrays. I actually believe Janet and Rebbie and Tito not to sure about the others intentions. Rebbie and Janet are very private people and I don’t think this is about money at all especially in Janet’s case she has made her millions already. Michael always had bad press which ruined his career. People thought the Jacksons allegations against Dr Conrad was far fetched until it was proven in the courts. I wish Paris, Blanket and Prince all the best and hope this mess is cleared up soon. What people seem to forget Janet was very close to her brother and what would she stand to gain from taking away her brother’s children’s inheritance. Michael towards the end of his life had very greedy people working for him all after his money. John Mcclain was involved in Janet’s career at the beginning and he also tried to make money of her when her first two albums were popular. Unless I hear Michael’s children live on TV saying what the media has portrayed then I will believe this until then I will hold judgement. This will should have been open to this family long time ago just like any other family who have love ones who leave a will behind to address any issues. Thanks for the information but his sibliing loved ,loved, loved him and I wish my sibling loved and supported me just 5% as much as MJ sibling loved him by always coming to his aid even drug intervention and they are still fighting for his name and to keep his image positve. I know very one is thinking about the money side but just forget about the money for moment and think about these sbling who has feeling like any other familes they need just as much support as any other family.
I am sure this family feels everyone else has taken so much from MJ and feels this is a way to win some type of satisfaction to filll a void that money can’t filled.
I am a healthcare provider and I see so many families just full of hate and no support. And there isn’t any money involved but sucide is their way out of the situation.

When Michael would refuse, it was Randy and Joe who would threaten to go to the tabloids with this “addict” stuff and other negative stories? Do you know that it was FAMILY members who started the addict stories? Do you know that NO ONE who actually was around Michael on a DAILY basis(his family was not) said that he was on drugs or even acted as if he was on drugs? These are people who say him on a daily basis. Do you know that Janet was never involved with any so-called “interventions”(she said so herself); however, spread this rumor anyway? Do you know that Michael supported EVERY family member(including his brothers’ ex-wives, nieces, nephews) while he was alive? It was the least that his family could do was support him by going to court.

Its just a shame that people can be really cruel especially if they have no real facts on what is really going on in the Jacksons lives apart from the media.
