Heidi Klum keeps it fashion forward as she steps out with her kids Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou for a stroll on Saturday (August 4) in New York City.

The 39-year-old model and Project Runway host was also joined by ex-husband Seal‘s brother Jeymes.
