Robert Pattinson sports a hoodie and cap as he makes his way into his hotel on Tuesday night (August 14) in New York City.
The 26-year-old actor has reportedly landed a role as Lawrence of Arabia opposite Naomi Watts in the upcoming film Queen of the Desert, according to Variety.
Naomi will play Gertrude Bell, “a writer, archaeologist, explorer, cartographer and political attache for the British Empire. [She was] one of the first women to graduate from Oxford at the turn of the 20th century and traveled through the Middle East, defining the borders of Iraq, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.”
Rob will play T.E. Lawrence, “a British Army officer whose writing earned him international fame as Lawrence of Arabia, on whom David Lean‘s classic 1962 epic is based. Lawrence was a good friend to Bell over the years, as the duo helped establish the Hashemite dynasties in Jordan and Iraq.”

Peter O Tool was almost as handsome/beautiful as Rob. I hope to be able to see the movie.. but since Rob seems to want to be an actor not a movie star and keeps signing for small indies not Marvel Comics block busters it may be hard to find.
I feel so sad for him. Rob is such a private person and he was already hounded by paps due to his twilight fame, but now its doubled because of Kristen’s very public cheating and apology. I hope he finds a loyal girlfriend just like he was a loyal boyfriend. Just can’t believe how she could mess things up with Rob especially with someone so older than her. Unbelievable!
