Ryan Lochte and Sylvester Stallone pump their fists at the premiere of The Expendables 2 on Wednesday (August 15) in Hollywood.
The 28-year-old Olympic gold medalist joined Sly, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terry Crews, and Jean-Claude Van Damme to check out the new action flick.

The cast has been traveling around the world to promote the flick, in theaters August 17. They made stops in London, Paris, and Madrid.

Don’t care what anyone says, lochte’s hot! He spends year after year training, so why can he not party a bit to celebrate his Olympics wins just like other athletes did?
This is crazy. We’re visited L.A. this week and we were on Hollywood Blvd. so we saw as they were closing off the street for this premiere. I would have love to have met Jason Statham! Yum!
i agree with kora, but he does seem a little fame whorish..my biggest worry is that hollywood will eat him up and spit him out..i hope he keeps his eyes on the prize and never looses focus of who he is…he is so cute and trusting and people will take advantage of that
Yeah, this is all well and good for now. It’s the immediate afterglow of the Olympics and he deserves some fun. He should take note though, he is able to go to these A-list events and be on Leno because of his SWIMMING and OLYMPIC accomplishments. How many Bachelor contestants or even DWTS contestants do we see at premieres? He should build his reputation up from endorsements and not Hollywood. I prefer Ryan to Michael Phelps, but the latter is playing his post Olympic celebrity much better. He’s laying low and has the prestige LV ads, even the golf thing is interesting. I fear Ryan is going to be over saturated due to crappy projects and he will lose any cache he has right now. He should fire his agent and hire Michael’s.
@#4 I agree w you, he def needs a good agent n publicist. But to be realistic, I don’t think that he can fare as well as phelps endorsement wise. Phelps is now a legend and is forever in the record books and lochte just doesn’t measure up on those terms, hence less endorsement opportunities. He can go the acting route if he wants to, but he should watch not to become overexposed or pick crappy projects as u said. W the right management I could see him becoming an action actor
