Sebastian Stan shows off his toned arms in this new feature from Details magazine’s September 2012 issue.
Here’s what the 30-year-old Political Animals star had to share with the mag:
On building muscles: “I like to be lean and flexible. I’m not interested in gaining size.”
On working out as an actor: “Working out and working as an actor have gone hand in hand—I always feel more prepared if I know I have done a workout. It gives me confidence—and peace of mind.”
On a favorite workout of his, aeroboxing: “You end up in a pool of your own sweat. It’s hard to keep up with the boxing combinations unless you’re really focused, so it’s also a great mental workout.”

When he was in Gossip Girl he was awful and in Politic Animals he s worse.

I was at a concert few years ago, and he was there with a group of friends and when they walked in front of me they smelled really bad, specially this guy. What a disillusion, he needed a shower really BAD.

@Raquel: How do we know Leighton dumped him? Maybe he dumped her or it was a mutual split. And women will often say that they have ‘dumped’ a man just to feel strong and powerful.
Sorry, I meant to direct that comment to Zileuton, but I will say that Raquel seems like a hater.
He has a new movie coming out this week and it looks so BAD that the studio dumped it before the release.
How studios waste money with these awful actors in the first place?
These kind of actors suck so big than even is not worth watching their movies in Netflix.
