Sebastian Stan shows off his toned arms in this new feature from Details magazine’s September 2012 issue.

Here’s what the 30-year-old Political Animals star had to share with the mag:

On building muscles: “I like to be lean and flexible. I’m not interested in gaining size.”

On working out as an actor: “Working out and working as an actor have gone hand in hand�”I always feel more prepared if I know I have done a workout. It gives me confidence�”and peace of mind.”

On a favorite workout of his, aeroboxing: “You end up in a pool of your own sweat. It’s hard to keep up with the boxing combinations unless you’re really focused, so it’s also a great mental workout.”
