Logan Lerman & Johnny Simmons: 'VMAN' Feature!

Logan Lerman and Johnny Simmons show off their toned arms in a feature for VMAN Magazine’s September 2012 issue, featuring cover guy Tom Brady.

Here is what the guys, along with their Perks of Being a Wallflower co-stars Ezra Miller and Reece Thompson, had to share with the mag:

Logan on what he wants for his future: “The idea of continuing to work with great filmmakers is always so exciting to me. What scares me the most is that I have a career in acting.”

Ezra on the era the film takes place: “I was born the year this film takes place, so I very much grew up feeling the strange weight of this particular time for American kids, and there are some helpful consistencies in the last 20 years for sure. Culture has been sick and corrupted and kids have angstfully learned to deal with it for a very long time.”

Johnny on what excites him: “Everything good intimidates me. Anytime I feel intimidated, as I did with Perks, I know it’s a good sign. I’m onto something. I’m excited most by things that intimidate me (…) Oscar Wilde talks about the theater being the greatest of all art forms because it’s the most immediate way a human can share with another human what it’s like to be a human. I agree with that.”

Reece on the first book that impacted him: “I think it was probably The Hobbit. I remember reading that book in a week, when I was about 13. It was the first book that I ever read that quickly, and it really made me feel accomplished.”

Okay, nothing against Logan Lerman and all but it was so stupid for him to be cast as the “wallflower” in Perks. Couldn’t they find a small, unattracive young actor to play Charlie instead of beautiful Logan Lerman who looks like a GQ model? This is so typical Hollywood, always casting beautiful actors even in roles that call for a less attractive, awkward person in the role. And I’m so sick of all these fangirls dream casting Logan Lerman in every freaking fandom movie as well. Yes, he’s a gorgeous and talented actor but it doesn’t mean he fits every single role.

Logan looks a little chubby in those pictures.

@ytre:

Are you kidding me? You think Logan looks chubby? There looks like there isn’t an ounce of fat on his body whatsoever. His waist is so tiny and his shoulders, arms and chest arms broad and nice and toned. He has the perfect body. He sure has grown up nicely.

I seriously get frustrated with Logan Lerman. He has the body of a 25 year old but still has that baby face that makes him look 15. But he’s just so damn pretty! AUGHHHH! I feel like such a perv when I lust over him.

Logan hot …. SO HOT damn!!!!!

Logan Lerman is starting to look like he could be Anton Yelchin’s twin. Must be the Jewish thing.

@Carla:

you are aware that logan did not look like that in the movie right? and that chbosky chose him because he gave “the greatest audition for the role, and that after there could be no other charlie,” and that all the people who have seen the movie agree there could be no other charlie right? just because you’re good looking does not make you immune to life’s miseries.

I don’t think Logan has the body of a 25-year old. He seems relatively short and skinny, not that it’s a bad thing.

Sexy Bamfs. period. I’d tap ‘em all ;DD

God I love him, can’1 wait for Wallflowers to premiere He looks like he’s been working out, altough I don’t like his outfit in this photoshoot :/

Logan Lerman and Paul Rudd… so many hot Jews in the same film. Plus, half-Jew Ezra Miller.
