In fact, many skinny girls and teenagers have it as well – it tends to start in teenage years due to hormonal changes. Its not just fat, it has a lot to do with hormones and genetics as well, so its normal for women to have it. That does not mean that she doesn’t work out & eat healthy, she’s not fat & she seems like a normal size. So leave her alone. Her body is fine the way it is & she’s still beautiful.
