Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes: Officially Divorced

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are officially divorced, according to court documents filed in New York City that show the case was closed on Monday (August 20).

The 33-year-old actress filed for divorce from the 50-year-old actor back in June and they quickly reached a settlement just two weeks later.

While Katie has had primary custody of their daughter Suri since their separation, Tom has been spending plenty of time with his little girl. He even took her on a trip to Disney World recently!

Katie will soon make her return to Broadway in the new play Dead Accounts.
