Eva Mendes is a beauty in blue as she embarks on a fun afternoon of vintage shopping on Tuesday (August 21) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 38-year-old actress stopped by Necromance and Design Utopia boutique, where she walked away with a small purchase.
