Naomi Watts films an emotional scene for her upcoming film Diana on Wednesday night (August 22) in London, England.
In the scene, the 43-year-old actress, who portrays the late Princess Diana, was seen wearing ripped stockings while waiting on a park bench for a friend, played by Juliet Stevenson. Upon her arrival, the two embraced and walked away, looking glum, arm in arm.

The next day, Naomi was spotted waiting on set to film a new scene.

I think this film is extremely distasteful. We all know what happened to the Princess and recreating her final days is just ghoulish catering to the morbidly curious. It can only damage her sons . I sincerely hope the film is boycotted in the name of decency. And no, I’m not a huge “Diana fan”.
That’s the first movie about princess Diana I want to see because Naomi is playing her. And she’s the best. Great actress.

Stop acting like Diana was some kind of saint who deserves to be canonized! She was a cheating, scandalous royal just like the rest of them. Why shouldn’t they make a movie about her?

@anna: Seriously? Half of the world sympathized with her because they all knew Charles WAS the one who WAS CHEATING on her with C.P Bowles. She had an eating disorder and was not accepted by the Queen. She didn’t have an easy life and she deserves respect.
