I love Rachel and Noomi is an amazing actress, I hope she’ll have a successful career in Hollywood, she deserves that! the original Lisbeth Salander!

Looks stupid imo. Just made for men to go and see the lesbian scenes. Interesting – not. I’m also sick of Rachel McAdams. Would have preferred an unknown actress. Of course, I’ll see it anyway, mainly because of Rapace and De Palma

i love both Noomi Rapace and Rachel McAdams but this is a remake of a French film called Love Crime that came out just 2 years ago with Kristen Scott Thomas who I also adore. Why does Hollywood always have to do this? Just because they’re foreign movies doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be released here. American movies are almost always released overseas and are either dubbed or subtitled. I don’t doubt that it could be a good movie it’s just the studios drive me crazy with their greed. Get the distribution rights for foreign movies and release them. We Americans could use some culture.

@Elle:

I always suspected it was because Americans can’t read :)

@CJP: If foreign films had regular, wide releases in the US, with dubbed and subtitled copies, the American public would go see them. Speaking as someone in the industry, I can tell you that the reason these films don’t get released is because the American studios don’t want them released, plain and simple.

wooo cant wait seems with a great history behind

YAYYYY R.Mcadams is not in a rom-com. I’m totally going to watch this.

Rooney Mara is Lisbeth Salander..
can these people who write these articles get this **** right ?
what a disgrace .do your homework fools.

@sqaw:
Have you not seen Män som hatar kvinnor? That film came out before Fincher’s Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Therefore Rapace played Lisbeth Salander before Mara (and gave a better performance in my opinion). Noomi Rapace is the original Lisbeth Salander when it comes to film versions.
