Lucy Hale gets surprised at the grand opening of Henri Bendel at the Fashion Show Mall on Wednesday (August 29) in Las Vegas.
The 23-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress was joined by Chris Fiore, president of the designer jewelry company, as they both celebrated the opening of the new boutique.
